M. <br />;j <br />The following members were present I <br /> <br />and the following memberawere absentl <br /> <br />Member VvV7v.~t <br />and moved its adoptionl <br /> <br />int_educed the follow1n9 resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OP REPORT <br />ON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve the Southern portion of the <br /> <br />Village of Arden Hills, State of Minnesota for the purposes of <br /> <br />eventually providing sanitary sewer .ervlce, and to assess the <br /> <br />benefited property for a portion of the cost of the tmprovement; <br /> <br />pursuant to ~esota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws <br /> <br />of 1953, Chapter 398 as amended), <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />NOh!
