St. Anthony <br />Village and Shoreview because they know the problems that they have <br />because we're only aHewed tc go to the end of our Village line <br />with an 8 inch main. This means only 8 inches as far as they <br />allcw us to go. The only other possible way we'd have a chene. to <br />build bigger is by some village asking us and going to St. Paul <br />and asking fer permission. One thing many people don't understand <br />
