<br />Ninutes of Regular Council Heeting, April 27, 1959 <br />page 3 <br /> <br />11ayor Ashbach requested Public Safety Committee to cr~ck with Village Attorney to remove our <br />ordinance on boat licensing now that it will be done by state. <br /> <br />Clerk's Report: Clerk submitted a letter and proposed plat of C. G. Rein to Welfare Depart- <br />ment. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A letter from John liesky regarding access to Highway #96 and entrance to #96 from Highway #10 <br />was referred to Mayor Ashbach. <br /> <br />A letter from John Nesky requesting rezoning of It ac~es of land at Highway #96 and Highway #10 <br />to commercial was referred to the Public Welf"re Department. <br /> <br />A letter and copy of proposed Huhy's Crestview from Ramsey Plat Commission was referred to <br />Public Welfare Department. <br /> <br />Upon motion by Crepeau, seconded by Kennedy, claims 1737 through 176l were approved for payment. <br />Notion passed. <br /> <br />Richard Schreyer stated he felt that action should be taken now on IUS liquor application. <br />Mayor A~lbach reviewed past history of application and stated he was willing to proceed under <br />action recommended by Finance Committee. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m. <br /> <br />L-~. t5~~ <br />LORRAINE E.
