<br />}1r. Jehn Daubney appe~red before the Council in reg.rd to proposed rO:ld improvement of read
<br />from Hamline Avenue to prepoMd Husby's Addition. Mr. Daubney, representing Mr. John-
<br />son, property owner on road requested that Mr. JOhnSO~~ot be made to pay
<br />for road. Council stated developer of plat will pay the improvement.

<br />T.R. 35'11 from Arms Plnnt to Jct 355. Upen metien by Kennedy, seconded by Crepeau, preliminary

<br />officials ef the T,;in Cities Arsenal. Notien passed.

<br />COlL~cil that it is policy ef Highway Department to provide service roads for access to commerciaJ
<br />property only if preperty is already developed commercially.

<br />to appoint Mr. George Batroot as Deputy Plumbing Inspector for .\rden Hills. Motion passed.

<br />Upon motion by Crepeau, seconded by DeLmage, an off-sllle and en-sale liquer license was
<br />grDnted to Scllreyer, Inc. for the Big Ten Tavern and Lio"uer Store located at 4703 North
<br />Figh,ray 10, subject to npproval of applicatien by Finance Committee Dnd subject to ",ppItlvcl.
