<br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILIS <br />FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, 1959 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Mayor Aehbach <br /> <br />Roll Call: Present; Aehbafh, Crepeau, Kennedy, Stromquist <br />Absent; DeLange <br /> <br />A request of Gordon Wittich, member of Board of Directors of the Grotto Club to start <br />Friday night teen-age dances at the Clubhouse at Lake Johanna was referred to the Public <br />Safety Committee. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Jfter Council discussion of the proposed sewer project for SE portion of Arden Hills, <br />motion made by Kennedy, seconded by Stromquist :l:hat Resolution as attached authorizing <br />the start of sanitary sewer improvement No.1, Project Noll and 2 immediately. Motion <br />passed. <br /> <br />Motion made by Kennedy, seconded by Crepeau, calling for bids on Sanitary Sewer improvement <br />No.1, Project Noll, bids to be opened Friday, September 11, 1959 at 8:00 p.m. at Village <br />Hall. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Motion made by Crepeau, seconded by Kennedy calling for bids on Sanitary Sewer ImprovelRent <br />No.1, project No.2, bids to be opened Friday, September 11, 1959 at 8:00 p.m. at Village <br />Hall, motion passed. <br /> <br />Motl.on made by Kennedy, seconded by Crepeau that a pllblic hearing be set for Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement No. 2 foil' the SW portion of Arden Hills on October 20,1959 at 8:00 p.m. <br />at the Lake Johanna School, as attached resolution.
