M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Ashbach, Trustees DeLange, <br />Kennedy and Crepeau, Clerk Stromquist; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member B. J. DeLange introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING Bm FOR PROJBCT NO. I <br /> <br />VlHEREAS Pursuant to advertisement for bids for Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />Improvement No.1, Project No. I according to the plans and spec i- <br /> <br />fications thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of said Village, <br /> <br />said bids were received on September 11, 1959 at 8:00 o'clock P. M., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br /> <br />received comply:ing with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Lametti & Sons, Inc. <br />Project 1 46,650.00 <br /> <br />F.
