<br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS it appears that Lmnetti & Sons, Ino. of St. Paul, Minnesota, is <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder, at the tabulated price of $46,650.00, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />~ Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br />I. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and direoted to enter into <br />a contract with Lametti & Sons, Ine. for $46,650.00 in the name of the Village <br />of Arden Hills for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. I, Project No.1, according <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the Village <br /> <br />Couneil and on fHe in the office of the Village Clerk, with the right re- <br /> <br />served to the Village of Arden Hills to change said plans and specifications <br /> <br />or the completion dates as set forth by appropriate change order and within <br /> <br />thirty days from date hereof, <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forth- <br /> <br />with to all bidders the deposits made with their liids except the deposits of <br /> <br />the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a <br /> <br />contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Member Crepeau and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Member Crepeau then introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br /> <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPl'JNG BID FOR PROJECT NO. 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Senitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No. I, Project No.2 according to the plans and specifications thereof on file <br /> <br />in the office of the Clerk of said Village, said bids were received on September <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />11, 1959, at 8100 o'clock P. M., opened and tabulated according to law and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Acton Const. Co., Inc. <br />Project 2 <br /> <br />$19,694.00 - base bid and deduct <br />$930. if alternate is used <br /> <br />Lametti & Sons, Inc. <br />Project 2 <br /> <br />20,899.00 - base bid and deduct <br />$3,500.00 if alternate is used <br /> <br />F. Morettini Const. Co. <br />Project 2 <br /> <br />24,900.00 - base bid and deduct <br />$4,000.00 if alternate is uSed <br />
