<br />Minutes of Regular Meeting, October 26, 1959 <br />:3 <br /> <br />A letter from Recreation Department of School District #621 was referred <br />. to Crepeau. <br /> <br />Upon motion by Kennedy, seconded by Crepeau, a proposal for Engineering <br />Services in regard to Sewer Improvement No. 1 was appproved by Council. <br />Motion passed. <br /> <br />Stromquist announced that annual Village election will be held December <br />. 8, 1959 and that filings olose November 24. Offioers to be eleoted are <br />Mayor, one trustee, one justioe of the peaoe and treasurer. Upon motion <br />by Stromquist, seconded by De~ange, the following election boards were <br />approved for coming Village election. <br /> <br />Precinct I: <br /> <br />Mrs. John Nesky <br />Mrs. Gerald Lund <br />Mrs. Allen Johnson <br />Doris pohling <br /> <br />Preoinct III <br /> <br />Betty Schleiper <br />Ona Sabine <br />Myrtle Schiller <br />Shirley Flesch <br /> <br />. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Upon motion by Crepeau, seconded by Delange, olaims #1597 through <br />1631 were approved for payment.
