Donald Lund, Village Atty. <br /> Vincent P. Courtney, Treas. Worth G. head and <br /> Trustee Elect James Lang <br /> The minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of November 30, 1904, were <br /> afproved as submitted. <br /> .. REPORT OF ATTY. VINCENT P. COURTNEY <br /> Drive-In Ordinance <br /> Atty. Courtney diatributed to the Council copies of a rough draft of <br /> a proposed Ordinance titled IIAn Ordinance regulating and licensing the <br /> operation of drive-in restaurants or buainesses within the Village or <br /> Arden Hills and providing penalties for violation thereof." <br /> Mayor Kennedy stated that he understood that the intention of the <br /> Planning Commission is to prohibit drive-in establishments from the <br /> Village, whereas this proposed Ordinance provides for such establish- <br /> ments. <br /> Matter referred to Atty. Courtney to check into the possibility of an <br /> ordinance to ban drive-ins in Arden Hills. <br /> Perry Gibson Torrens Title <br /> Atty. Courtney informed the Council thnt the reason the Village is <br /> named as a defendant in the application for To!'rens Title for the <br /> Gibson property, 3240 Sandeen Road, is that we have an interest in <br /> the adjacent property. As recommended by Atty. Courtney no action <br /> was taken. <br /> However, Atty. Courtney informed the Council that we may hear further <br /> about this p!'operty ss a sewer assessment has been levied against this <br /> property, but no sewer is available. <br /> Perry Plat <br /> Atty. Courtney submitted a letter, dated December 14, 1964, which in- <br /> cluded COmments On the Perry Plat. He liB ted several ordinance !'equire- <br /> ments, which have not been satisfied to his knOWledge. Letter refe!'red <br /> to Trustee Nethercut to confer with Richard Jones. <br /> Heimbach Rezoninf AP~lication <br /> Atty. Courtney s ate that the ownership report as submitted by Atty. <br /> Daubney for A. J. Heimbach does show the owners of the prope!'ty within <br /> the required 250 ft. radius, but the application for the rezoning of <br /> this property should Come from the owner of the property, who is on <br /> record as being Carl A. Ingerson and Margaret Ingerson. He also in- <br /> formed the Council that the legal description sought to be rezoned in- <br /> cluded part of Lot 6~ Block 3, which is Village owned property and he <br /> .. believes that this property should be excepted. <br /> Mrs. Stephen Prager~ 3320 N. Dunlap St.# was present and requested the <br /> procedUre for registering complaints, and also requested a~ invitation <br /> to attend Planning Commiss1on tneetings. <br /> Atty.
