<br />- <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOTICE OF HEA~ING ON ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br />:AAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEP~BY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota will meet at the village ~all, 1450 West <br />Highway 96 in said village on MondaY ,the ::16th day of <br />October, 1964 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. to hear, cons~der and pass <br />upon any and all wr~tten or oral objections which may be offered <br />wi th respect to the proposed special assessments' for "...... - J I Jl.. <br />. ~ ... , C... -na..) . The proplosed assessment <br />roll is now on f~le and open to publ~c inspectiqn by all persons <br />interested, in the office of the Village Clerk. The entire <br />amount assessed against each parcel of land will be payable, <br />unless prepaid, in -- (Mt) equal consecutive annual <br />installments, the first of such installments to Ibe payable with <br />general taxes for the year 1964, collectible wi~h such taxes <br />during the year 1965. The first installment wi~l be payable with <br />interest at the rate of five percent (5%) per annum on the entire <br />assessment from the date of the resolution levying the same to <br />December 31, 1965, and each subsequent installment will be <br />payable with one year's interest at said rate on all unpaid <br />installments, except that no interest will be charged if the entire <br />assessment as to any parcel is paid at the office of the Treasurer <br />within thirty (30) days from the date of adoptiQn of the assessment <br />roll. <br /> <br />The .eneral nature of ......
