<br /> ~ <br />, - ., .,' '. <br /> e) <br /> Extract of Minutes of the Meeting <br /> of the village Council of the <br /> Village of Arden Hills <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> of the Village Council of the village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br /> was held at the Council Chambers in the village Hall in said <br /> ~ ~ -r;:3G <br />. village on the day of.. , 1964, at ~ o'clock P.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> Kennedy, Crepeau, 01men & Stromquist <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Nethercut <br /> The Clerk presented the proposed assessment roll for Street <br /> Improvement No. 6 (Oak Avenue) , as prepared by her with <br /> the assistance of the village engineers in connection with said <br /> improvement, and in accordance with the instructions of this <br /> Council. The assessment roll was examined and considered and <br /> 'directed to be placed on file and open to public inspection in <br /> the office of the village Clerk. <br /> Crepeau then introduced the following <br /> resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON <br /> ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET IMPROVEMEN'l' <br /> NO. 6 (Oak Avenue) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the village of <br /> Arden Hills, Minnesota as fo110~ <br /> 1- The assessment roll heretofore prepared by the Clerk and <br /> engineers for Street Improvement No. 6 (Oak Avenue) , <br /> which is now on file in the office of the village Clerk, is hereby <br />. approved as the proposed assessment for said improvement, and this <br /> Council shall meet at the time and place indicated in the notice <br /> set forth in Paragraph 2 hereof for the purpose of passing upon <br /> the individual assessments set forth in said roll and hearing all <br /> objections thereto. <br /> 2. The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br /> notice of said meeting to be published in the New Brighton Bulletin, <br /> the official newspaper of the Village, at least two (2) weeks <br /> before the date of the meeting, which notice shall be in sub- <br /> stantially the following form: <br />
