~ , - ., .,' '. e) Extract of Minutes of the Meeting of the village Council of the Village of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was held at the Council Chambers in the village Hall in said ~ ~ -r;:3G . village on the day of.. , 1964, at ~ o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Kennedy, Crepeau, 01men & Stromquist and the following were absent: Nethercut The Clerk presented the proposed assessment roll for Street Improvement No. 6 (Oak Avenue) , as prepared by her with the assistance of the village engineers in connection with said improvement, and in accordance with the instructions of this Council. The assessment roll was examined and considered and 'directed to be placed on file and open to public inspection in the office of the village Clerk. Crepeau then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET IMPROVEMEN'l' NO. 6 (Oak Avenue) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the village of Arden Hills, Minnesota as fo110~ 1- The assessment roll heretofore prepared by the Clerk and engineers for Street Improvement No. 6 (Oak Avenue) , which is now on file in the office of the village Clerk, is hereby . approved as the proposed assessment for said improvement, and this Council shall meet at the time and place indicated in the notice set forth in Paragraph 2 hereof for the purpose of passing upon the individual assessments set forth in said roll and hearing all objections thereto. 2. The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official newspaper of the Village, at least two (2) weeks before the date of the meeting, which notice shall be in sub- stantially the following form:
