Worth G. <br />Read, Bulldlng Inspector Clay Kelley and Engr. <br />Donald Lw:ld. <br /> <br />The mlnutes of the Regular Counol1 Meeting of August 31, 1904, were <br />approved as _ended. <br /> <br />Pro~sed Johanna Blvd. :tmProvement <br />Floy Bnyker, Ralllllel Count,. biDglneer, presented a revlsed plan for <br />the Improvement; or Johanna Blvd. Mr. So,ker explained that this <br />plan would improve the Blvd. from County RoadLto Stowe Avenue Wit;h <br />a 28 ft. roadway and a pedestr1an~~ blcycle path on the east slde; <br />from Stowe Avenue to COQQtl Road e,loiChe l'cadwal would be wIdened to <br />44 ft. There wlll be a 6 lnoh olU'bing on both sides of the improved <br />blvd.
