<br />',' f1 'IV, <br />- .~ rv <br /> <br />;?" <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Council Meeting <br />Village of Arden Hilla <br />August :51, 1964 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kennedy at 8:00 pam. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Present 0 Mayor Kennedys Trustees Nethercut, Crepeau <br />and Olmen, 01erk Lorraine Stromquist <br />Absent 0 None <br />Also Present - Engineer Don Lund, Attorney Joseph <br />Salland and Electrioal Inspector Ed <br />Salverda. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Regular Counoil Meeting of August 10, 1964, <br />were approved as amendedo <br /> <br />Proclam&tion of Women Voters' Week <br />Mayor Kennedy proolaimed the week of September 13 thrOUgh 19, 1964, <br />as Women Voters Week, as had been previoUsly proclaimed by President <br />Johnson and Govo Rolvaago <br /> <br />Arden Hills No. 3 Water <br />Mr. u~en Peterson, 1566 Glenhdll Road, informed the Council that a <br />petition had been c1rc~ated in the Arden Hills Noo 3 area requesting <br />Council action for permission to connect this area to the Rosev!lle <br />water system; however. this petition wes not presented to the Co~~cil <br />at this meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson and Eugene Vorpahl, 1574 Glenhill Road. were present to <br />voice their oppositiono They felt that if the residents in this srea <br />are in need of water, the Council should oonsider a~ Arden Hilla <br />system. <br /> <br />REPORT OF ATTORNEY JOS. SALLAND <br /> <br />Wilsey Matter <br />Atty. Sa~land informed the Council that the complaint on the Wilsey <br />matter is now in the hands of Justice of the Peace to be served by <br />Lt. Pat Sexton when he returns from vacation. Atty. Salland informed <br />th~ Council that he believes the intention of Mr. Wilsey's atto~ne1 <br />is to ask that the case be transferred to a Municipal Courto <br /> <br />Uniform Building Code <br />Atty. Sal~and informed the Council that Attyo Courtney is still work= <br />ing on the Uniform Building Codeo <br /> <br />Rysgaard Easement <br />Trustee u~en moved that the Atty. be authorized to proceed w1t~ cone <br />demnation on the Rysg~ard Easement; seconded by Clerk Lorraine Strome <br />quist; motion oarriedo <br /> <br />REPORT OF ENGINEIm DONALD LUND <br /> <br />Lakeshore Place <br />Engr.
