COURTNEY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Butane Tank Matter <br />Atty. Courtney into~d the Counoil that this matter has been referred <br />to his assistant. Atty. Jos. Salland and the oomplaint had been sent <br />to Building Inspector Clay Hvlley who will serve it. Mr. Franke. <br />en advis <br /> <br /> <br />Th~sonQvessey needs <br />At y. ~ourtney informed the Council that Mr. Vessey is having the <br />property description checked em the piece of Lot 19 which he i. oon- <br />sidering purchasing. He doeenot intend to give the Village the two <br />small easements which were originally inoluded in this sale. Mro <br />Vesu7 is also having these lega. oheoked. Atty. Matter referred to ~Dgineer Lund to contact <br />Mr. Peterson to request the cost of the complete job be specified; <br />an estimate of between $500 and $600 had been given previously. <br /> <br />~eoial Mid-Decade Census <br />-Atty_ courtney 1nf01'll1ed the Council that a mid"'deoade census would <br />entitle the Village to a larger liquor and digarette apportionment, <br />but would not afrect the Road and Bridge apportionment until 1970 <br />even if we did reach a population of 5,000 in 1965. A letter OD <br />this matter will be forthooming trom the Atty.. <br /> <br />Proposed Uniform BUild~ Code <br />Atty. Courtney reporte hat he has revIewed the recommendations of <br />the Planning Commission and the rough draft from Whi te Bear, which <br />ls now in the hands of thelr attorney for final drafting. There <br />were discusslons by the Counoil and the Atty. on possible deviations. <br />Atty_ Courtaeyinformed the Council that he would gi ve a oomplete <br />report at the completion of his study_ <br /> <br />~gaard Easement <br />U1erk Lorraine stromquist informed the Council that John Rysgaard is <br />not satisfied wlth the amount offered for an easement.
