He doeenot intend to give the Village the two <br />small easements which were originally inoluded in this sale. Mro <br />Vesu7 is also having these lega. oheoked. Atty. Courtney reporte hat he has revIewed the recommendations of <br />the Planning Commission and the rough draft from Whi te Bear, which <br />ls now in the hands of thelr attorney for final drafting. There <br />were discusslons by the Counoil and the Atty. on possible deviations. <br />Atty_ Courtaeyinformed the Council that he would gi ve a oomplete <br />report at the completion of his study_ <br /> <br />~gaard Easement <br />U1erk Lorraine stromquist informed the Council that John Rysgaard is <br />not satisfied wlth the amount offered for an easement.
