<br />- ... <br />..-:" <br /> <br />Extrac';-. vf Minutes of Meeting of the <br />village council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />.~. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />tit Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, <br /> <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 13th day of July, 1964, at <br /> <br />8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Kennedy, Crepeau, Olmen, Netherout & Stromquist <br /> <br />and the following were <br /> <br />Stromquist <br /> <br />absent: <br />None <br /> <br />introduced <br /> <br />the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.6 <br /> <br />as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed and certified <br /> <br />to the County Auditor of Ramsey COunty on December 3, 1963 for the <br /> <br />pxrpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with <br /> <br />real estate taxes commencing in 1964, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number 0f parcels of property contained <br /> <br />. <br />, <br /> <br />\'Ii. thin said assessmeilt rolL ~k";.e :been di,..':H'! a..ll conveyed by previous <br /> <br />I <br />f"~0pertY owners and <br /> <br /> <br />I WHEREAS. the~:ou.lty 1\uci-cor <Ji Ramsey CO\lnty requires that <br /> <br /> <br />1pportiomnent otche original assessment against each original tract <br /> <br />where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the proper <br />
