Seconded by Clerk Stromqulst. Carried. <br /> <br />George Relling Easement <br />Council dlsoussedthe settlement of the 60 ft. Relling Easement <br />required forconstructlon of Sewer Improvement #6. as well as a <br />200 ft. treepass by the contraotor. Referred to Attorney Court- <br />ney. <br /> <br />Vessey Matter - <br />Clerk StrOlllqulst was asked to request the Board of Appeals to <br />submit a written report on the matter. <br /> <br />Grotto Propert~ <br />Attorney Courtney reported that negotiat1ons are in progress <br />with a prospective purchaser of this property. Trustee Crepeau <br />moved that oondemnatlon proceedings be tabled until the April 13th <br />Council Meeting. Seconded by Clerk Stromquist, carried. <br /> <br />BlJILDING INSPECTOR. S REPORT <br /> <br />Inspeotor Kellel submitted a written report showing that build- <br />ing activ1tl Is normal.
