Sexton had resolved the matter <br />of a dog nuhanceon Bhorewood Drive. It was agreed that Lt. <br />Sexton- would contaot owners delinquent in the pur_chase of annual <br />dog licenses. <br /> <br />Trustee Orepeau stated that a reoent traffic violator, who had <br />requested both ohange of venue and a Jury trial, had been found <br />guilty. <br /> <br />Villa~e Hall Remodelling <br />A request from Robert !Cerr was submitted for a $690.00 extra to <br />cover additional panelling and tiling of the floor. Council <br />decided this additional improvement was not feasible at present. <br />Trustee Nethercut moved approval of a previously discussed <br />ohange order No. 1 for ~52'-AO, seconded by Clerk stromquist, <br />oarried. S3~. ~ <br /> <br />T'1USTEE NETHERCUT REPORT <br /> <br />Trustee Nethercut reoommended that the Village pay the tee for <br />one representative of the Planning Commission to attend a meet- <br />ing of the Minnesota Planning Assooiation in Duluth on April a4 <br />and 25. The Council agreed this would be desireable. <br /> <br />Trustee Nethercut submitted a draft of a proposed letter from <br />the Planning Commission and Maror to neighboring communities, <br />inviting them to discuss mutual long range planning in late <br />1964. Referred to Maror Kennedy. <br /> <br />The Councll requested that Trustee Nethercut 81'1'ange to provide <br />them with summary tabulations of the recent planning questionnaire <br />and other pertinent planning information. <br /> <br />TRUSTEE OlMEN REPORT <br /> <br />Public Works Committee <br />Wllllalii -J.
