Hemline created a dsfin- <br />ite health hazard. Clerk stromquist ls to inform the almer to <br />pump the system immedlate17 and abate the health hazard permanently. <br />It owner does not comply with thls request, ordinance penalty is <br />to be enforced. <br /> <br />P.T.A.
