Trustee Nethercut will alert the Planning <br />Commission of these requests. <br /> <br />TRUSTEE CRE1-l!:P.U'S hEPORT <br /> <br />Dog Complaint <br />Trustee Crepeau reported that the dog complaint as registered by <br />MI'S. Melgren, 1420 W. Highway No. 96 has been satisfiod. <br /> <br />Complaint on Radar. Us 0 <br />Trustee Crepeau read a letter he had written to Mr. Donold Duncan~ <br />2 Chipmunk Lane, Nnrth Oaks, in reply to a complaint on using radar <br />at Ramlins Avenue and Highway No. 51. <br /> <br />Junked Cars Problem <br />~~stee Crepeau stated his concern about junked cars in the are~. <br />Atty. Courtney stated thBt this problem could possibly be 00 ntr'o11ed <br />under the Nuisance Ordinace as detennined at a previous study of <br />this prOblem. Secretery for the Public Welfare Committee. <br />recommending that the tax forfeited land on the north sIde of Lake <br />Johanna not be purchased for recreational purposes. <br /> <br />Trustee Nethercut moved the. adoption of a resolution, as attachedg <br />authorizing the County to sell two parcels of tas forfeited lands <br />located in Arden Hills; seconded by Trustee Crepeau, motion carried. <br /> <br />Public Welfare Committee <br />Trustee Nethercut Informed the CouDcil that this Committee has <br />forme~ two sub-committees: one committee to work on this year's <br />budget ond the second one to study l8ng range plannlngo <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br />Clerk Lorraine stromqUist dIstributed copies of the minutes of the <br />Planning Catmission meeting of Feb. 4. 1964. <br /> <br />Trustee Nethercut Informed the Council that the Planning Commission <br />proposes to compose a letter for Council approval which they would <br />like to have sent to adjoining villages.
