I ; Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council of Village of Arden Hills aamsey county, Minnesota September 11, 1967 . The Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills duly met in the regular session at the Village Ball on Monday, September 11, 1967, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Nethercut, Olmen, Bjorndahl, and HollenhQrst, and the following was absent: crepeau. Hollenharst introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY REPOaT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills as follows: 1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering Company, village consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, Saint paul, Minnesota, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting of connections to the Roseville water system at the southern boundary of Arden Hills, and water main and appurtenances will be constructed with- in the platted streets and highways to serve the benefited area, water services will be constructed from the main in the street to approximately the lot line to serve the individual lots. . The Council also directed Banister Engineering Company to determine the estimated cost of the improvement, and whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted by the engineers and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the village administrative clerk. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as water Improvement No. 67-2.
