Highway 96, on october 2, 1967, at aioo o'clock p.m. <br />for the purpo~e of hold~ng a public hearing on the proposed <br />ifuprovement Uhder and pursuant to the ptovisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 4291 as amendedj and the administrative clerk <br />is hereby authorized and directed to cause ~otice of the time, <br />place and purpose of that meeting to be publiShed twice in <br />the official newspaper, New Brighton B~l1etini which publications <br />shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not <br />less than three days before the da~ of the hearing. Pursuant to <br />M.S. 429.031, Subd~Visio~l, notice shall also be mailed to the <br />owner of each parcel within ~e area propdsed to be assessed not <br />less than 10 days prior to such hearing. <br /> <br />3.
