<br />, - <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF dEARING <br />ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-2 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILI.$, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />1450 ~. Highway 96, on the 2nd day of OCtober, 1967, at 8:00 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a publiC hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Water Improvement <br />No. 67-2 consisttng of connections to the aoseville water system <br />at the southern boundary of Arden Hills, and water main and <br />appurtenances will be constructed within the platted streets <br />and highways to serve the benefited area; water services will <br />be constructed from the main in the street to approximately the <br />lot line to serve the individual lots. The foregoing is all <br />sUbstantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the Village Administrative Clerk. <br /> <br />The -cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $62,200. The area proposed to be assessed for <br />the improvement is that part of Arden Hills No. 3 lying within <br />the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 30, Range 23; <br />that part of Arden Hills No. 4 lying within the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 34, Township 30, Nange 23; and Government <br />Lot 6 lying within the Southeast QuaEter of Section 33, Town- <br />Ship 30, Range 23. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: September 11, 1967. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Lorraine Stromquist <br />Village Administrative Clerk <br /> <br />. <br />
