<br />Mr. Conant irorn the Minnesota Safety Council presented a Meritorious
<br />Achlovement Award to the Vi I !age of Ardon Hil Is; he read the
<br />citation which was signed by the Governor and the President of the
<br />Safety Counci I. Mr. Conant informed the Councl I that Arden Hi I Is
