Trustee Bjorndah I. <br />Also Present - Attorney Vincent P. Courtney, Engineer Donald Lund, <br />Treasurer Worth G. Read, Administrative Clerk Lorraine <br />Stromquist and Deputy Clerk Florence Honan <br /> <br />, . Approval of Minutes <br />The minutes of the Regular Ccuncl I meeting of 27 March 1967 were approved <br />as amended. <br /> <br />Squ1ld Car Bids <br />Clerk Lorraine Stromquist informed the CounciJ that no bids had been <br />received for consideration of a new squad car. <br /> <br />Trustee Crepeau moved that the Did notice be readvertfsed wfth date <br />changes, using the S1lme specifications and setting 24 April, 1967,8:00 p.m. <br />as the date and time for the bid opening; seconded by Trustee Hollenhorst; <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />FROM THE FLOOR <br /> <br />Industrial Park Roads and Water <br />CI fff Lund, representing Roberts Development Company, expressed the com- <br />pany's concern regarding the condition of Red Fox Road. He stated that <br />no Improvement is planned by the County as anticipated. Engineer Lund <br />informed him that the Vi Ilage has done ~II the necessary prelimInary work <br />Which the County requested, but the County could not work this project <br />into their 1967 budget. Matter referred to Clerk Lorraine Stromquist to <br />check the status of the road. Clfff Lund then inquired about water for <br />the Industrial Park, Worth G. Read, member of the Water Study Committee, <br />informed him that a report from the industrial Park representatives, John <br />Rysgaard and Gene Colestock, has not yet been done. Engineer Lund stated <br />that considerable wcrk has been done on the engIneering repart, but It Is <br />not compiete to date. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry from Mayor Nethercut, CI fff Lund reported that <br />the lettel- from -the Vi' lage regarding the Village acceptance of Gray Fox <br />Road and Dunlap Street has been referred to their engineer. <br /> <br />D:-a I nage Matter <br />~Ialter.
