Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Vi llage Counc i 1 Village of Arden Hills County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway 30 the 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on MOlldav day of January, 1967 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Netbercllt, Trustees Hollenhorst, Crepeal:l andBJorndahl and the following were absent: Trl:lsteeOllllell Trllstee Crepeae and moved its adoption: _ introduced the fo 11o'''ing reso lut ion RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS the assessment roll for Street Improvement No.3 as last finally amended and adopted on October 29, 1962, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 30, 1962 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1963, and WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment rcll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and WHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter.
