NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of an original assessment as contained in said assessment roll of October 29, 1962 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: Division 372~4 A}Josephine Hills $214.50 Ex beg 75 ft NWly from most Nly cor of Lot 12, on a line run from sd cor to point on NWly line of lot l3A & 30 ft SWly thereon from most Nly W cor thereof; th con- tinue on sd line to sd NWly line; th NEly thereon to sd cor: th Ely on Nly line of sd lot l3A to a point 75 ft Wly thereon from most NEly cor thereof; th Sly to beg & subj to esmts lot l3A, Block 4 B}Lots l6A & 17A, block 4 390.00 Apportionment: l}Subj to esmts; the Wly triangular part of lot l3A being 30 ft on SWly line of Ingerson Court & 161.7 ft on M~ly line & all of Lots l6A & l7A, block 4. 2)Subj to esmts & ex Nly quadrang- 214.50 ular part being 55.17 ft on Ely line & 30 ft on Wly line & ex Ely triangular part being 30 ft on Swly line of Ingerson Court & 161.7 ft on NWly line; lot l3A. Also, Ely 75 ft measured on Nly & Sly lines of sd excepted Nly part of lot l3A, block 4 390.00 The Village Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded byTrustee Blorlldahl , and upon vote being taken ther eon, the following voted in favor thereof: all and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
