<br />The Northerly seven feet (N'ly 7) of the Southerly <br />forty feet (S'ly 40) of the South half (S~) of the <br />West Four Hundred Six (W 406) feet of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NEt) of Section Twenty Seven (27), Township <br />Thirty (30), Range Twenty Three (23), subject to <br />Highways 51 and 393 and Red Fox Road. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this Resolution <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />shall be forwarded to the Ramsey County Engineer with the request that <br /> <br />the same be presented to the Ramsey County Board to the end that Red <br /> <br />Fox Road shall now be accepted as a county road. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolauion is conditioned upon <br /> <br />the acceptance of Red Fox Road as expanded as a county road by Ramsey <br /> <br />County, which acceptance shall be made within a reasonable time after <br /> <br />the date of this Resllution. <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL THIS :JcJ <br /> <br />DAY OF ~ <br /> <br />, 1967. <br /> <br />~~t~-- <br /> <br />Robert E.
