VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WAGE SCHEDULE FOR 1969 <br /> FOR EMPLOYEES IN DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND PARKS <br /> . WHEREAS, Ord. No. 83, as amended, authorizes the Council to establish <br /> wage rates for Village employees, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council deems it advisable to establish wage rates for the <br /> year 1969 for employees of the Departments of Public Works and Parks of the <br /> Village, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Definitions and Wage Rates set <br /> full-t ime <br /> forth herein shall apply to/employees of the Departments of Public Works <br /> and Parks of the Village of Arden Hills during the year 1969, unless sooner <br /> amended by Resolution of the Council, and thereafter until altered by <br /> Resolution of the Council: <br /> A. DEFINITIONS. <br /> Heavy Equipment Operator as used herein shall include employees <br /> operating a motor patrol or pick-up sweeper, and also employees assigned <br /> by the Supervisor to do mechanical repair work, other than greasing and <br /> daily maintenance, on village equipment. <br /> LightEquipment Operator as used herein shall include employees <br /> operating trucks, tractors, large mowers, oilers, or concrete mixers. <br /> Water and Sewer Maintenance Men as used herein shall include <br /> . employees of the aforesaid departments while engaged in work on water or <br /> sewer facilities of the Village. <br /> . B. BASIC WAGE RATES. <br /> The basic wage rates during the year 1969 for the employees of <br /> the Departments referred to above shall be as follows: <br /> Heavy Equipment Operator $4.12 per hour <br /> Water and Sewer Maintenance Man $3.83 per hour <br /> Light Equipment Operator $3.71 per hour <br /> -1- <br />
