Counci I referred <br />the plans to Guildlng Inspector Clay Kelley for approval. <br /> <br />REPORT OF ATTORNFY VINCENT P. Improvement 68-1 <br />r4r. Salland, In his letter of AU'1ust 9, 1968, enclosed an executed <br />Earnest Money Contract from Mr. Charles J. Johnson tor an easement <br />in the watermain Improvement 68-1, which calls for total payment of <br />$500.00. with the contingency that if a certain sugar maple tree Is <br />destroyed \vithin a period of a year from clate of contract, the Villaqe <br />will replace same with a smaller tree of similar or same species. <br />Mr. Salland recommended approval of the contract by the Village <br />Counc I I . <br /> <br />After some discussion and consideration of estimates received, it was <br />moved by Councilman H. Crepeau to approve the contract as submitted, <br />authorizing its execution by the Mayor and Clerk; seconded by Council- <br />man J. Sa/land stated that Mr. Krannak <br />owns Easements Nos. 9001 and 9002 and has executed a Waiver of Tres- <br />pass to the Village in both Instances. He explained that the ease- <br />ment laid out by the Village Engineer is 25 feet wide and approximately <br />1200 feet lon<] (.69 acres) within which lies a 10 foot by 1200 foot <br />water easement. It was moved by Council- <br />man J. Hol lenhorst that the contract be approved, authorizing its <br />execution by the Mayor and Clerk; seconded by Counci Iman H.
