Mr. Lund advised that five (5) bids were received as follows: Northdale Const. Co., Inc. $5,738.00 Montqomery Const. Co. 6,145.00 Orfel and Son Const. Co. 6,168.00 r~cDonald and Associates, Inc. 7,998.00 Nodland Associates, Inc. 9,995.00 Mr. Lund advised that BanIster Enqlneerlnq Company recommends that the Village award the bid to the low bidder, Northdale Construction Company at their bid price of $5,738.00 and referred this bId to Attorney Salland to check the bond. It was moved by Councilman J. Hol lenhorst to accept the bid of Northdale Construction Co~, Inc. subject to Attorney's approvel of the bid bond; seconded by~~ouncllman H. Councilman J. Hollenhorst moved that Council approve this site plan change, as recommended by the Planning Commission at their meeting of August 6, 1968 and as Indicated on the site plan and dated 8/6/68; completion of work to be within 30 days; seconded by Councilman H.
