Doepner <br />will meet on the Doepner property regarding running sewer and water <br />lines across the Doeoner property. Mr. Lund advised that five (5) <br />bids were received as follows: <br />Northdale Const. Co., Inc. $5,738.00 <br />Montqomery Const. Co. 6,145.00 <br />Orfel and Son Const. Co. 6,168.00 <br />r~cDonald and Associates, Inc. 7,998.00 <br />Nodland Associates, Inc. 9,995.00 <br />Mr. Lund advised that BanIster Enqlneerlnq Company recommends that <br />the Village award the bid to the low bidder, Northdale Construction <br />Company at their bid price of $5,738.00 and referred this bId to <br />Attorney Salland to check the bond. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman J. Councilman J. Hollenhorst <br />moved that Council approve this site plan change, as recommended by <br />the Planning Commission at their meeting of August 6, 1968 and as <br />Indicated on the site plan and dated 8/6/68; completion of work <br />to be within 30 days; seconded by Councilman H.
