He recommends that the Counci I determine the date thls station commenced the present non-conforming use; if the station was en ordinary service station prior to the passage of Ordinance 99, this present problem can be handled as a non-conforming use under this ordinance. Councilman H. Crepeau advised that the station manager had previously been to Justice Court regarding debris at this station and was required to fence the urea wharo parts etc. were stored with a louvered fence. To his knowteGge, TntS has not been done to date. Clerk L. Stromquist was requested to check with Justice Victor Pomerenke before writing to the station manager stating that his operotion exceeds the per- mitted use for- a ser"vice station in the Vi Ilage of Arden Hi 115.
