In the event of a power failure either the Village <br />or the property owner could operate this valve, thus preclud- <br />ing possible damage to the basement of this house, Supervisor <br />Beecher was requested to check status of construction and If <br />possible have the plumber Instal I the valve at the time of <br />sewer connection. The Committee has examined several possible sites, A <br />Joint meeting wi II be scheduled for either June 17 or June 24. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN OLMEN - PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />In the absence of Councilman Olmen, report of the Public <br />Works Committee meeting of May 22, 1968 was deferred to the <br />Council Meeting of June 10, 1968. <br /> <br />REPORT OF MAY BJORNDAHL <br /> <br />MAC HearlnQ <br />Mayor Bjorndahl reported that an MAC Public Hearing will be <br />held June 6, 1968, 9:30 a, m" at the Anoka County Courthouse. <br />Land transportation to proposed site is of major concern to <br />Arden Hills. CouncIlman Henderson and Treasurer Read will try <br />to arrange their Schedules so they can represent Arden Hills <br />at the meeting, Clerk Stromquist was requested to write the <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
