BRAD LEMBERG" , 35 Melbourne Avenue S.E., Minneapolis <br />(Spoke before), Plans to start home construction late this <br />fall and aksed what the improvement construction tine <br />schedule would be if it's ordered. <br /> <br />MR. VERNON C. MANUEL, 1130 Tiller Lane: Asked how <br />much the charge would be to a plumber to connect the water <br />and where the water construction would be in the street. In <br />connection with petitions, he wanted to know what percentage <br />of persons were for the improvement and what percentage <br />against it. Also asked if the streets would be restored <br />this fall or if they would be muddy all winter. Wanted to <br />know how the assessment would be determined on his corner lot. <br /> <br />MR. JEROME D. 'fIMM, 1400 CWIII1Iings Lane (Spoke before): <br />Indicated that he was in favor of the project but felt there <br />was no necessity for it on his street. Suggested that his <br />street be bypassed temporarily. <br /> <br />MR. ROGER HEINISB, Siems Court (owns property on Siems <br />Court): In favor of the project and thought construction <br />should start as soon as practical. <br /> <br />MR. W.
