i './ . . . . ~ Extract of Minutes of ~~eting of Village Council of Village of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Held May 13, 1968 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills met in regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, the 13th day of May, 1968 at 8100 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Bjorndahl and Councilmen Crepeau, Olmen, Hollenhorst & Henderson and the following were absent: None Councilman Olmen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPROVING ~GINEERS PRUoIMINARY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON WATER DlPROVE2-IENT NO. 68-2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills as follows: 1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering Company, consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement lying generally south of Interstate Highway 694, west of Valentine Lake and north of the Soo Line Railroad right-of-way and also inClUding a small portion of Arden Hills lying south of the 500 Line Railroad right-of-way, west of the Northern States Power right-of-way and north of a line approximately 400 feet south of Hudson Avenue, consisting of the construction of a trunk main, lateral mains, hydrants, ". services and other appurtenances necessary for a complete system, and the reconstruction of street surfaces damaged during the water main construction, and the estimated cost thereof, and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted by the engineers and con- sidered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the clerk. The improvement pro- posed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Water Improvement No. 68-2.
