County Road P, in said villaqe. <br />on June 11, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. for the purpoSe of holdmg <br />~ public hearing on the proposed imptovement under ari4 pursuant <br />to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, <br />and the clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice <br />of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to ~ pubHshed <br />twice in the official newspaper, New Brighton Bulletin, which <br />publications shall ~ a week apart, and the second publication <br />shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br />Pursuant to M.S. 429.031, Subdivision 1, notice shall also be <br />mailed to the owner of each parcel within the area proposed to be <br />assessed not less than 10 days prior to such hearing. <br /> <br />3.
