NOTICE OF HEARING ON WATER IMPROVEMUIT NO. 68-2 VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA . . NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the Little Theater in the Mounds View High School, 1900 w. County Road F in said village, on the 11th day of June, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Water Improvement No. 68-2, lying generally south of Interstate Highway 694, west of Valentine Lake and north of the Soo Line Railroad right-of-way and also including a small portion of Arden Hills lying south of the Soo Line Railroad right- of-way, west of the Northern States Power right-of-way and north of a line approximately 400 feet south of Hudson Avenue, consisting of the construction of a trunk main, lateral mains, hydrants, services and other appurtenances necessary for a complete system, and the reconstruction of street surfaces damaged during the water main construction, all substantially in accordance with a pre- liminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Administrative Clerk. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $493,000. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes all that area in Sections 21, 28 and 33, T 30 N, R 23 W, within the following described boundarYI . . Beginning at a point on the centerline of New Brighton Road 1650 feet north of the centerline of 4th Street S.E. (Stowe Avenue); thence easterly and parallel with the north line of Section 33, T 30 N, R 23 W, a distance of approximately 1080 feet to the centerline of N.S.P. Company 50 foot right-of- way, thence northeasterly along the centerline of said 50 foot right-of-way approximately 2450 feet to the centerline of the Minneapolis-St. Paul and Sault Ste Marie Ry. right-of-way; thence easterly along the centerline of said railroad right-of-way approximately 1100 feet to the east line of Section 28, T 30 N, R 23 W; thence northerly along the east lines of said Section 28 and Section 21, T 30 N, R 23 W to the centerline of the Interstate Highway 694 right.. "-, of-way; thence westerly along the centerline of said highway right-of-way approximately 2670 feet to the Arden Hills village limits; thence southerly and westerly along the Arden Hills village limits line to the east line of the Interstate Highway 35W right-of-way; thence southerly along the east line of said Interstate Highway 35w right-of-way to the centerline of Cleveland Avenue which is also the west line of said Section 28; thence southerly along the centerline of said Cleveland Avenue to the south line of said Section 28; thence easterly along the south line of said Section 28 approximately 1320 feet to the centerline of said New Brighton Road; thence southerly along the centerline of said New Brighton Road approximately 1000 feet to the point of beginning.
