Nonnan Sunnes, 3324 Lake Johanna Boulevard: Wanted to <br />know if the location of the main had been selected on Lake Johanna <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />Mr. Milton Morris, 3168 Shorewood urive: Wanted to know if <br />the interest on unpaid assessments was based on interest rates <br />that would have to be paid on bonds to finance the improvement. <br />If the assessment interest is not sufficient, would that additional <br />money be raised by general taxes. <br /> <br />Mr. Ronald Wilmar, 1894 Stowe: Asked what percentage of the <br />total frontage of the improvement is represented by the petition <br />which had been presented to the Council. On the proposed front <br />footage basis of assessment, how much money would be raised by <br />assessments. Also wanted to know why Oak Avenue was not included <br />in this improvement. <br />
