No. ot t.R. 10 to <br /> <br />N. CorD. L1la11;& and <br />WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of' <br />Highways, Saint &!6o_~esota, being marked, labeled, and identified ad <br />S.P. 6281+-';"6 (T.R. 3~3Q4) ; and <br />WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office o;f the <br />Department cf Highwayd!~~,~, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br />identified as S.P. 6281+-56 (T.R. ~5'W=~94) Minn.PrDj. T 35W-:3(79) 122 <br /> <br />which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications <br />for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964 as llllIended by "Supplemental <br /> <br />Specifications" dated February 1, 1966, on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said <br />improvement ot Trunk Highway Number ~94 renumbered as Trunk ili.ghway <br /> <br />Number 35W ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies ot said plans and special provisions as so <br />marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office 01' the <br />V:l1111r_ Clerk; and <br /> <br />VIIEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- <br />after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to <br />mean, refer to, and inoorporate the plans and speoial provisions in th", <br />foregoing reoitals particularly identified and described. <br />
