<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILIAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />At the regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Arden Hills held <br /> <br />January 29, 1968, upon motion by Councilman Ho11enhorst, seconded by Counci1- <br /> <br />fill <br /> <br />man Crepeau, the following resolution was unanimously approved: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the installation of two shut-off valves in <br />the water main servicing the Control Data property in Arden <br />Hills be included in Water Improvement 67-1 as requested in <br />the Control Data letter dated January 10, 1968. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to the recommendation of <br />the Village Attorney, dated January 19, 1968, the Village <br />acquire from Control Data for the sum of $950.00, as the site <br />for a water tank in Water Improvement No. 67-1, the following <br />described property: <br /> <br />The West 190 feet of the North 150 feet of the South <br />2162 feet of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Sec. <br />22, T. 30, R. 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except <br />the West 40 feet thereof which is dedicated for public <br />roadway. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village accept the dedication <br />by Control Data for road and public purposes of the following <br />described property, which dedication shall be made without <br />compensation to Control Data: <br /> <br />A strip of land 73 feet in width, the East line of <br />which is described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the South line of the East 1/2 <br />of the Southeast 1/4 of Sec. 22, T. 30, R. 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, 40 feet East of the Southwest corner <br />of said East 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of Sec. 22, thence <br />North and parallel to the West line of said East 1/2 of <br />Southeast 1/4 of Sec. 22. A distance of 2012 feet to the <br />point of beginning of the line to be described, thence <br />North and parallel to the West line of said East 1/2 of <br />the Southeast 1/4 of Sec. 22, a distance of 150 feet <br />and there terminating. <br /> <br />- <br />
