'''.; at ..00 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'!"he following membe~t:~) <br />~I~.J. <br /> <br />and ~he following were absent: ~ <br />~ ~ .1ntroduced and moved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATIOB OF <br />REPORT ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, il: is proposed to improve a portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Arden Hills generally bounded by County Road D. Cleveland <br /> <br />,Avenue, County Road E, Lake Johanna and the west line of <br /> <br />Nazareth Hall property and an area abutting County Road E from <br /> <br />Lake Johanna Boulevard to Hamline ,Avenue by the construction of <br /> <br />meter stations, feeder mains, lateral mains and appurtenances <br /> <br />and water serVices, and to assess the benefited property for all or <br /> <br />a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statu~es 429 as amended. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILlAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />VILIAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvemen~ be referred to Banister <br />Engineer1ng Company for study and tha~ they are instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement .is feasible and as to whether it should best be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and <br />trhe est1mated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />
