The Council agreed <br />with Mayor Bjorndahl that since this is the village's responsibility <br />this additional cost should be paid by the village. No cost estimate <br />is available at this time. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCIIJ.1AN HOLLENHORST - Planning & Zoning <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN CREPEAU - Public Safety <br /> <br />Complaints <br /> <br />Councilman Crepeau reported that he had met with George Salitros, <br />3625 lIamline Avenue, and his attorney concerning complaints by <br />Mr. Salitros of possible Ordinance violations. Councilman Crepeau <br />believes most of the problems have been satisfactorily solved. <br /> <br />Quarterly Law Enforcement Luncheon <br /> <br />Councilman Crepeau informed the Council of a letter, dated December 20, <br />1967, from the office of the Provost Marshall about this luncheon <br />to be held at Fort Snelling on January 24, 196a. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN HENDERSON - Finance <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN OLMEN - Public Works <br /> <br />Public Works Committee Report <br /> <br />Copies of the minutes of this meeting had been distributed to the <br />Council. <br /> <br />After Council discussion of the matter, Counci~an olmen moved <br />approval of "Table AU, as submitted by the Committee and attached, <br />This table is a standby and use rate schedule for the six vehicles <br />owned by Fred Nixon. Truck No. 12 is to be added to the schedule <br />at the same use rate; the standby rate for this additional truck <br />is to be determined hy Councilman Olmen. The rates to be retro- <br />active to January 1, 196B. The difference between the amount paid <br />under the previous rental rate schedule and amount which would have <br />been paid under Table A from June 1, 1967 through December 31, 1967 <br />is to be figured for all vehicles listed, which had limited use <br />during that period.
