This proposal <br />involves a PUD Amendment for Phase I which includes exterior renovations to the existing <br />building. Under the PUD Master Plan, the Applicant was provided flexibility from exterior <br />materials and transparency standards. The proposal would provide additional flexibility from the <br />exterior material requirement. Site Plan Review <br />An application for a PUD Amendment requires Site Plan Review as well. The Applicant submitted <br />updated site and landscaping plans on October 16, 2024, which minor alterations to the site plan <br />and landscaping plan. No changes are proposed to the layout with the approved site plan as part of <br />the current request.
