• Flexibility from the required tree plantings in the right-of-way where one tree would be <br />required and zero were approved <br />• Flexibility to install freestanding signage that exceeds the permitted square footage in Sign <br />District 7 <br />A PUD is required for all new development and redevelopment in the B-2 District. This proposal <br />involves a PUD Amendment for Phase I which includes exterior renovations to the existing <br />building. Under the PUD Master Plan, the Applicant was provided flexibility from exterior <br />materials and transparency standards. The proposal would provide additional flexibility from the <br />exterior material requirement. Site Plan Review <br />An application for a PUD Amendment requires Site Plan Review as well. The Applicant submitted <br />updated site and landscaping plans on October 16, 2024, which minor alterations to the site plan <br />and landscaping plan. No changes are proposed to the layout with the approved site plan as part of <br />the current request.
