<br />clients. Mark is proficient in both the design and inspection of municipal projects. He is proficient in AutoCAD Civil
<br />3D. Mark is NASSCO-certified in trenchless rehabilitation and is a MnDOT-certified construction inspector. He uses
<br />his field experience to produce quality plans and contract documents. Mark will complete the contract documents
<br />and lead the construction inspection for this project.
