<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 26, 2005 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion to approve the appointment of Jeffrey Frid as an <br />Operations and Maintenance worker. The motion carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Ms. Wolfe updated the Council on recent TCAAP developments. <br /> <br />Council discussed the GSA, the appraisal process, and the use of the TCAAP property. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />Ms. Wolfe - Updated Council on the interview process for the Community Development Director <br />and City Planner. She noted following the meeting, there would be a work session and then a <br />closed session. She stated under State Statute closed sessions were allowed for performance <br />reviews and in this case, the performance review was for her. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holdeu - Stated the Newsletter Committee meeting was on Wednesday night at <br />5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant - Stated the Planning Commission will meet on the first Wednesday of <br />October. Mr. HeIIegers stated so far there was nothing for the October planning meeting, so it <br />would probably be cancelled. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson - No report. <br /> <br />Mayor ApIikowski - Stated they celebrated the transfer of additional property from the Federal <br />Government to Ramsey County for continuation of the Rice Creek Corridor. Rich Straumann, <br />PTRC, summarized for Council the celebration of the Rice Creek Corridor and noted it was a <br />great event. <br /> <br /> <br />or ApIikowski adjourned the Regular City Cmlllcil Meetin <br />.
