Leave others through winter? <br /> Mr. Larson said that he was in favor of second pass; perhaps prioritize the northern half of the <br /> City. Ms. Aplikowski favored going through the entire City. Ms. Holden asked Mr. Moore how <br /> long a second pass would take. Mr. Moore estimated it to be one full week. Mr. Moore <br /> mentioned that residents were still pulling the trees from their back yards and it may take longer. <br /> With regards to using the City crew for clean-up, Mr. Moore mentioned that the City does not <br /> have proper equipment or personnel to handle the project and it will take a significant amount of <br /> time to complete the project.
