See Hemp-Derived Cannabinoid Products <br />(www.health.state.mn.us/people/cannabis/edibles/index.html) <br />If the business offers on-site <br />consumption, do they have a <br />liquor license? <br /> Local authorities issue on-site consumption licenses. These are <br />required for all businesses permitting on-site consumption of <br />THC. <br />Product Compliance – All Products <br />Does the business ensure that all <br />sales are made to persons 21 <br />years old or older? <br /> Only persons 21 years of age or older may purchase hemp- <br />derived cannabinoid products, with the exception of topicals. <br />These products may be sold to anyone. <br />Does the business have all edible <br />cannabinoid products, except <br />beverages, behind the counter or <br />in a locked cabinet? <br /> Businesses must ensure all edible cannabinoid products are <br />secure and inaccessible to customers.
