Hemp Flower and Hemp-Derived Cannabinoid Product Checklist 2 <br />Question Yes No Comments Additional Information <br />Only delta-8 and delta-9 are <br />allowed for human consumption. <br />Does the business sell edibles or <br />beverages with any other <br />intoxicating cannabinoids? <br /> MDH has identified products containing many different <br />intoxicating cannabinoids, such as HHC, THC-O, THC-P, PHC, <br />delta-10, delta-11, delta-8p, delta-9p, etc. The product must <br />contain only delta-8 and/or delta-9. <br />Does the business sell any edible <br />products that are similar to a <br />product marketed to or <br />consumed by children? <br /> Edible products that appear similar to candy or snacks <br />marketed toward or consumed by children are not allowed. <br />Does the label on the edible or <br />beverage state “Keep out of <br />reach of children”? <br /> All products must include the warning label “Keep out of reach <br />of children.” <br />Is the manufacturer’s name, <br />address, website, and contact <br />phone number included on the <br />label or provided through a QR <br />code? <br /> <br /> If not, the product is not in compliance. <br />Does the QR code on the product <br />bring the user to a Certificate of <br />Analysis on the website, which <br />includes the name of the <br />independent testing laboratory, <br />cannabinoid profile, and product <br />batch number? <br /> All products must be tested by batch in an independent, <br />accredited laboratory. The results must include the <br />cannabinoid profile. <br />Does the label on the product <br />indicate the cannabinoids by <br />serving and in total? <br /> The label must indicate the potency by individual serving as <br />well as in total.
