The narrative <br />describes density and lot size, however, does not do so using net acreage as is required in the City’s <br />Comprehensive Plan. The Applicant has provided details in the Architectural Plans (Attachment <br />G) which shows elevations for the proposed building. The narrative submitted by the Applicant <br />further describes the requests through the PUD.
