Efficiency Apartments – Meets Requirements <br />The number of efficiency units in a multiple dwelling shall not exceed fifteen (15) percent of the <br />total number of apartments. <br /> <br />The Applicant is not proposing any efficiency apartments. <br /> <br />G. Bicycle Parking – Meets Requirements <br />Enclosed bicycle parking shall be provided at a rate of 0.5 spaces for every dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Bicycle parking was reviewed above and the applicant is providing 72 bicycle parking stalls for a <br />ratio of 0.6 stalls per unit. <br /> <br />H. Window Coverings– For Review <br />All windows which are visible to the outside shall be provided with window treatments. Window <br />treatments shall be consistent throughout each multi-family dwelling structure or development. <br /> <br />The Applicant has not provided any information regarding window coverings. Compliance with <br />the requirements for window coverings will be done as part of an inspection of the building once <br />construction has begun. <br /> <br />5. Procedural Requirements for Specific Applications – Section 1355.04 <br /> <br />A public hearing for a CUP and PUD request is required before the request can be brought before <br />the City Council. The applicant or its representative shall be given the opportunity to appear before <br />the Planning Commission to answer questions or give explanations regarding the proposal. Upon <br />completion of the public hearing and its study and consideration of the application, the Planning <br />Commission shall submit its written report, containing its findings, conclusions, and <br />recommendations as to the application, to the City Council. <br /> <br />Plan Evaluation Summary <br /> <br />The table below provides the performance standards for the R-4 District and the preliminary <br />analysis for the proposed development.
