Amendments of Section III, <br /> Ordinance No, ... Th. Zoning 0'. <br /> dinance. Section III of Ordinance No. 99, <br /> the Zoning Ordinance, " hereby <br /> amended in the following respects: <br /> (a) Prohibited Uses. Paragraph 19 of <br /> Section '" O. specifying certain <br /> prohibited uses, is stricken in its en <br /> 'iretv. <br /> (b) Permitted Uses. The first sentence <br /> of Section III E, immediately preceding <br /> the table, is stricken and the following <br /> sentence is inserted: <br /> "No building or premises shall be <br /> devoted to uses other than those listed <br /> below, except as provided by this Or. <br /> dinance for special uses and accessory <br /> uses." <br /> (cl General Amendment Re Listing of <br /> Special Uses. The first sentance of <br /> Paragraph 3, in Section III F, captioned <br /> "Listing of Special Uses," preceding the <br /> alphabetical listing of various uses, is <br /> hereby amended in its entirety to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Certain uses are herein listed which <br /> are considered to be categories where <br /> special use permits may be granted in <br /> the event thl!' Council determines that <br /> the particular use meets the general <br /> requirements referred to in Paragraphs <br /> 1 and 2 hereof; provided however, the <br /> listing of possible permitted uses in the <br /> various districts shall be considered <br /> exclusive, to the end that no building or <br /> premises shall be devoted to special uses <br /> other than the categories listed below for <br /> the particular areas as designated." <br /> (d) Amendment of Listing of Special <br /> Uses R. Residenti.l Districts. <br /> Paragraph 3a. of Section lit F, relating <br /> to 'h. listing 01 special "'''' ;n <br /> residential distrkts, is hereby amended <br /> by striking the clause "and other in- <br /> stitutions" in the second category <br /> thereof and adding liS the last item in the <br /> list "mobile home parks." <br /> (e) Amendment Re Accessory Uses. <br /> Section '" G, captioned "Accessory <br /> Uses," is hereby amended toedd the <br /> following preliminary statement before <br /> Paragraph 1 thereof: <br /> "No buildrng or premises shalf be <br /> devoted to accessory uses other than <br /> those listed bet ow: " <br /> 1 Section II.
